Can I explain the issue in Chinese?

Yes. Mandarin / Chinese communication is available for customers who prefer to explain HVAC, water heater, gas, or refrigeration concerns in Chinese.

Equipment type, brand or model number if available, safe photos of the equipment and data plate, current symptoms, and your city are all helpful.

Do you service restaurant refrigeration?

Yes. Service conversations can include walk-in coolers, reach-in or display coolers, prep coolers, freezers, and ice machines.

Do you publish prices online?

No fixed maintenance or repair prices are published online because equipment, access, symptoms, and site conditions can vary.

Are website photos actual project photos?

Only customer-approved project photos are presented as actual project work. Some website images are general service visuals used to show equipment types and service context.
